Leicestershire Police's Substance Misuse Team Leader, James Edmondston, and Turning Point's Young Persons Team Leader Annmarie Smyth, delivered an online webinar on Thursday 28th November for secondary school staff and professionals who work with children & young people of that age to provide an local overview and update on drugs, alcohol and substance use.

The webinar provided a local overview and update on drugs, alcohol and substance use in young people across Leicestershire and Rutland.

There was also information shared about the new 'QuitReady Young Person Stop Smoking Service', which aims to support schools to share public health messages and educate our young people with the most up to date information on vaping and smoking.
