Supporting the Health of
Young People in Leicestershire
The Health-Related Behaviour Survey has recently been co-ordinated by Leicestershire Councils Public Health Team and SHEU as a way of collecting robust information about young people's lifestyles, and will be used to improve health outcomes for children and young people in Leicestershire.
In summer term 2023, a total of 3,106 pupils took part in the survey across 20 primary schools and 7 secondary schools in Leicestershire.
The results were collected from a sample of primary pupils aged 8 to 11 and secondary pupils aged 12 to 15.
Please find below a summary report of the survey.
